QMS, EHS & Facilities Manager

As the QMS, EHS & Facilities Manager, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System, Environmental Health & Safety programs, and facility operations to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards. You will oversee quality processes, internal audits, CAPA management, safety initiatives, and facility maintenance activities while driving audit readiness and operational excellence. Working closely with site and global teams, you will support customer, certification, corporate, and regulatory audits, manage compliance programs, and promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Through strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration, you will enhance quality performance, maintain a safe and compliant workplace, and support the achievement of business objectives.
