Hardware Test Engineer

A global automotive technology company specializing in cockpit electronics, including digital instrument clusters, infotainment systems, head-up displays, and domain controllers. Headquartered in America, they partner with major automakers worldwide to deliver innovative, software-defined vehicle solutions that enhance the driver and passenger experience.

This role is responsible for validating automotive electronic hardware products through reliability and environmental testing. The engineer will create test plans and procedures, execute DV testing activities, analyze results, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure product quality and compliance.

    Perform reliability and environmental testing for automotive electronic products
    Create test plans, procedures, and DVPR reports
    Support RFQ and quote activities related to validation testing
    Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, and overseas validation teams
    Support test equipment preparation, setup, and validation activities
    Analyze test results, identify issues, and support root cause investigation
    Support EMC and development testing activities
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Experience in automotive electronics development or validation
    Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
    Experience using measurement tools such as oscilloscopes and CAN tools
    Japanese and English communication skills
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
