本ポジションは、ADAS（先進運転支援システム）プロジェクトにおいて、車載カメラ製品のシステムアーキテクト（System Design Leader）として、製品全体のシステム設計を担うポジションです。
In this position, you will serve as a System Design Leader (System Architect) for automotive camera products within ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) projects, taking charge of overall product system design.

■System Architecture Design
・System architecture design for ADAS automotive camera products
・System structure design for the overall product and individual components
・Optimal system design taking cost, quality, and performance into account
・Design reviews, technical risk analysis, and improvement proposals
■Requirement Management
・Organization and management of product requirement specifications
・Appropriate allocation of system requirements to each development domain (Software, Hardware, Mechanical, etc.)
・Impact analysis and requirement specification management during design changes
・Maintaining consistency across the entire system
■Collaboration with Engineering Teams
・Technical coordination and support for each development team
・Deploying design concepts to each domain while maintaining consistency
・Interface management for the overall product
・Improvement and standardization of technical standards and development processes
■Communication with Clients & Internal Stakeholders
・Technical coordination with clients regarding system specifications
・Collaboration with domestic and international R&D sites
・Preparation of technical documentation and reports regarding system design

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・ADAS製品の設計・開発経験
・システムアーキテクト、または同等ポジションでの実務経験（目安5～10年）
・日本語：ビジネスレベル（N2以上）
・英語：ビジネスレベル（海外拠点との会議・レポート作成が可能なレベル）
・Design and development experience with ADAS products
・Practical experience as a System Architect or in an equivalent position (guideline: 5?10 years)
・Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
・English: Business level (capable of handling meetings and writing reports with overseas sites)
・車載カメラの開発経験
・ISO 26262など車載開発プロセスに関する知識
・システム全体を俯瞰しながら設計を行った経験
・Development experience with automotive cameras
・Knowledge of automotive development processes such as ISO 26262
・Experience in designing while taking a holistic, top-down view of the overall system

- ・Automotive SPICE / ASPICE knowledge.
・Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, or FlexRay.
・DRBFM experience.
・FTA experience.
・Root Cause Analysis experience.
・Project-management experience.
・Experience using AI/digital tools to improve engineering workflows.
