This position is for the system architect (System Design Leader) of in-vehicle camera products in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) projects, responsible for overall system design.
In this position, you will serve as a System Design Leader (System Architect) for automotive camera products within ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) projects, taking charge of overall product system design.

- Responsibilities
- ■ System architecture design
・System architecture design for automotive camera
products for ADAS ・System architecture design
for the entire product and each component system configuration ・Optimal system design
considering cost, quality, and performance ・Design review and technical risk analysis and improvement proposals
■ Requirement Management:
Organize and manage
product requirements specifications; appropriately divide
system requirements into development domains such as Software, Hardware, and Mechanical; analyze the impact of design changes and manage
requirement specifications; maintain overall system integrity.
■ Collaboration
with engineering teams, technical coordination and support
with each development team, deployment across various fields while
maintaining design concepts, overall product interface management
, improvement and standardization of technical standards and development processes
■ Communication
with customers and internal stakeholders, technical coordination
of system specifications with customers, collaboration
with domestic and overseas development sites, preparation of technical documents and reports related to system design
■ System Architecture Design
・System architecture design for ADAS automotive camera products
・System structure design for the overall product and individual components
・Optimal system design taking cost, quality, and performance into account
・Design reviews, technical risk analysis, and improvement proposals
■Requirement Management
・Organization and management of product requirement specifications
・Appropriate allocation of system requirements to each development domain (Software, Hardware, Mechanical, etc.)
・Impact analysis and requirement specification management during design changes
・Maintaining consistency across the entire system
■Collaboration with Engineering Teams
・Technical coordination and support for each development team
・Deploying design concepts to each domain while maintaining consistency
・Interface management for the overall product
・Improvement and standardization of technical standards and development processes
■ Communication with Clients & Internal Stakeholders
・ Technical coordination with clients regarding system specifications
・ Collaboration with domestic and international R &D sites
・Preparation of technical documentation and reports regarding system design

- Requirements
- ・Experience in ADAS product design and development
・System architect or equivalent practical experience in a position (approx. 5~10 years)
・Japanese: Business level (N2 or above)
・English: Business level (able to hold meetings and create reports with overseas offices)
・Design and development experience with ADAS products
・Practical experience as a System Architect or in an equivalent position (guideline: 5–10 years)
・Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
・English: Business level (capable of handling meetings and writing reports with overseas sites)
・Experience
in developing in-vehicle cameras ・Knowledge
of in-vehicle development processes such as ISO 26262 ・Experience
designing systems with an overview of the entire system ・Development experience with automotive cameras
・Knowledge of automotive development processes such as ISO 26262
・Experience in designing while taking a holistic, top-down view of the overall system

- Preferred
- ・Automotive SPICE / ASPICE knowledge.
・Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, or FlexRay.
・DRBFM experience.
・FTA experience.
・Root Cause Analysis experience.
・Project-management experience.
・Experience using AI/digital tools to improve engineering workflows.
