Join a leading market intelligence company as a **Senior Insights Analyst**, where you will manage relationships with Japanese multinational clients and deliver strategic market insights. You will work closely with clients to validate market data, conduct trade interviews and provide tailored analysis that supports business decisions across Japan and Asia Pacific. In addition, you will collaborate with research, consulting and sales teams while leading client meetings and presenting insights at industry events and conferences.

- - Manage relationships with a portfolio of Japanese multinational client accounts.
- Work proactively with clients to conduct trade interviews and validate sales data to improve data quality and ensure the data supports business needs.
- Use market data and tailor content to deliver actionable localized insights to clients within the consumer goods and services industries across Japan and Asia Pacific.
- Lead and support client meetings to advise clients on how to use market data to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research, consulting and sales, to align client needs with the most relevant data, insights and commercial solutions.
- Present at client events and industry conferences.

- 応募資格（必須）
- • Right to work in Japan.
• Business fluency in Japanese and English.
• 3-5 years of experience in market research, consulting, or client-facing insights roles.
• Experience in packaged food or beauty industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain data and market trends clearly to clients.
• A collaborative, commercially aware mindset, with confidence engaging stakeholders at various seniority levels.
