The firm is seeking a highly skilled professional for the position of Electrical and Electronics (E&E) HW-SW System Planning and Development.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architectures, integrating hardware and software solutions.
This role involves collaboration with internal and external partners and requires strong technical knowledge and project management skills.

- Design and implement AI-powered proprietary software.
- Manage projects involving both internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure alignment of specifications with relevant departments.
- Collaborate on joint development efforts with external partners.
応募資格（必須）

- Experience in requirements management.
- Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 800 or higher).
- Experience in software development for POSIX-compliant operating systems.
- Experience in large-scale software development.
- Over 3 years of experience in developing and mass-producing devices with SoCs, including power circuits, motor driver circuits, gyro sensors, camera modules, various sensing devices, microphones, and wireless communication circuits.

Preferred:

- Experience in global setup projects.
- Higher TOEIC score (900 or higher).

Technical Skills:

Configuration management tools: Git (Gerrit) and SVN.
Development languages: Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Python, and Perl.
Infrastructure platforms: Amazon Web Service, Azure, and On-Premises.
Development methodologies: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
Communication tools: Teams (or Slack).
Project management tools: JIRA and Confluence.
Data analysis tool: Qlik.
