We entrust the design and development of integrated control for one vehicle for the technological evolution of connectivity, autonomous driving, and electrification.
Among the wide range of ECUs/functions required for the overall architecture and SDV (overall Core ECU, communication-related, Entry/Body-related, AD/ADAS-related, IVI/HMI-related, and overall integrated system (user authentication, account linkage, etc.)), the area of responsibility is determined according to aptitude.
It is characterized by the fact that it works in a small team and can work on the development of the entire vehicle from a bird's eye view. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the development of next-generation aircraft and beyond.
You will be responsible for designing and developing integrated, vehicle‑wide control systems to support technological advancements in connectivity, autonomous driving, and electrification. Based on your expertise, you will be assigned to appropriate areas across a broad range of ECUs and functions required for an SDV, including overall core ECUs, communication systems, entry/body systems, AD/ADAS, IVI/HMI, and integrated vehicle systems (such as user authentication and account linking).
Our small, focused team structure allows you to engage in development with a full, end‑to‑end view of the entire vehicle. You will also have opportunities to be involved in the development of future generations of the platform.

- Responsibilities
- ・Analysis
of requirements at the vehicle level for new functions, study
of optimal functional placement as SDVs for existing E&E arches, clarification of functional requirements for each function and ECU, creation of requirements specifications, alignment with relevant departments, and verification
of actual vehicles in the verification phase on the right side of the V-shaped flow
・Analyze vehicle-level requirements for new features
・Evaluate optimal SDV-based functional allocation within the existing E&E architecture
・Define functional requirements for each ECU or feature, prepare specifications, and align with related teams
・Conduct real-vehicle testing during the verification phase on the right side of the V‑model

- Requirements
- ・Experience
in system development such as BEV powertrain control, entry control, body control, etc., experience in cross-domain/related system architecture development
, experience in developing
in-vehicle communication networks such as CAN configuration, log acquisition, and diagnostics, experience in developing embedded systems (regardless of hardware or software),
semiconductors for automobiles/ Experience
in microcontroller selection and architecture design, making design decisions from the perspective of HW/SW integration, English proficiency (able to read and write documents, and have no resistance to communication),
Japanese proficiency (N2 level or higher),
experience in system development for BEV powertrain control, entry control, body control, etc.
・Experience in developing system architectures that span multiple domains or are related.
・Experience in in-vehicle communication network development, including CAN configuration, log acquisition, and diagnostics.
・Experience in embedded system development (hardware and software are both acceptable).
・Experience in selecting semiconductors/microcontrollers for automotive applications and making design decisions from a HW/SW integration perspective.
・Ability to read and write documents in English, Comfortable communicating in English.
・Japanese: N2+ (approximate)
