This position focuses on managing the procurement and purchasing activities for automotive components such as dampers, torque converters, and flexible flywheels. The role involves supplier selection, cost negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance supplier relationships and ensure cost efficiency while adhering to company standards.

Identify and select suppliers for various projects, negotiating pricing and contracts.
Lead cost-reduction initiatives and manage supplier agreements.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and global affiliates to optimize procurement processes.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for new suppliers.
Prepare and submit product samples for testing and drive improvements in product competitiveness.
Define material productivity goals and logistics plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
Monitor and enforce supplier integration standards and purchasing procedures.
Assist in preparing and managing site budgets in collaboration with the purchasing manager.
Oversee adherence to logistics protocols for purchased components.
Meet established KPIs related to procurement performance, supplier rationalization, and quality management.
応募資格（必須）

At least 3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in Japanese at a business level (both written and spoken).
Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing skills acceptable for day-to-day communication).
