A prominent automotive dealership in Japan, known for its long-standing reputation for quality service and a diverse premium vehicle line up continues to grow in Japan and is looking for enthusiastic talents to become part of their excellence. They merged with a major US transportation and dealership group a few years showing their strong and stable presence in the competitive dealer market.
The Accounting Manager (Accounting Section Manager), the position currently being recruited, will belong to the Accounting Department within the Finance Division, and you will lead a team and report directly to the Head of Accounting and Deputy Head. Key responsibilities include prompt execution of closing and audit tasks, interdepartmental coordination, and serving as a bridge between field operations and management. This position also requires communication with our U.S. based parent company, and offers an excellent environment for individuals aiming to advance their careers as future executive candidates.

- A. Main Activities
Customer Management:
• Regularly engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships through offering financial products and insurance.
• Provide proposals and advice on leasing, financing, insurance, and warranty programs, ensuring optimal product offerings.
Event & Campaign Implementation:
• Collaborate with marketing to conduct vehicle exhibitions and financial product campaigns in the area, promoting financial products and customer acquisition.
Contract Management:
• Manage the expiration dates of lease/finance and insurance contracts, addressing customer inquiries and updates.
Sales Support:
• Contact customers after vehicle orders, present financial products, and support sales contract finalization.
• Visit showrooms across multiple locations to propose finance/insurance products tailored to individual and corporate customers and support sales.
B. Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries within existing contracts:
• Address customer questions or requests promptly, handling complaints and resolving issues.
C. Goals and Management
Planning and Projects:
• Develop strategies to achieve goals and implement agreed projects with the sales management department.
• Participate in sales meetings, report progress, and provide improvement suggestions.
Use of Systems:
• Utilize related systems (e.g., CRM, financial product management systems) to streamline operations and enhance service levels.
D. Internal Supervision and Roles
Coaching and Quality Monitoring for Sales Consultants:
• Provide guidance to sales consultants to improve the penetration rate of financial services sales and manage contract quality.
• Supervise the timely execution of contracts/renewals by the F&I team and strengthen overall process management.
2. Communication/Negotiation Scope
• Internal: Communicate with outlet managers and sales staff.
• External: Collaborate with insurance companies and financial service providers to smooth processes and customer interaction.

• Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
• Proficient in digital tools and back-office systems.
• Self-management and flexible coordination abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience, especially in finance, insurance, or sales.
