Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    A. Main Activities

    Customer Management:
    - Regularly engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships through offering financial products and insurance.
    - Provide proposals and advice on leasing, financing, insurance, and warranty programs, ensuring optimal product offerings.

    Event & Campaign Implementation:
    - Collaborate with marketing to conduct vehicle exhibitions and financial product campaigns in the area, promoting financial products and customer acquisition.

    Contract Management:
    - Manage the expiration dates of lease/finance and insurance contracts, addressing customer inquiries and updates .

    Sales Support:
    - Contact customers after vehicle orders, present financial products, and support sales contract finalization .
