We are recruiting a finance operations officer to be responsible for accounting and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) tasks as part of the Japan team.
In this position, you will support the growth and development of the Intelligent Systems business through a wide range of finance services.

We are looking for a Finance operation to join our Japan team and oversee of the Accounting and FP&A role.
You can handle this dynamic position to support IS business development.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    • Prepare annual budget and report for monthly actual & forecasts.

    • Review of all accounting transactions such as monthly and annual closings.


    • Daily communication with Shared Service Center and Manage of Administrative Worker

    • Bank-related operations and fixed asset management Asset Management

    • Audit response, promotion of internal control activities, negotiations with tax authorities regarding tax filing and statutory financial statement preparation / Corresponding for audit, internal control activities and communication with tax agencies for tax return and Statutory Financial Statement preparation etc.
  • Requirements
    • At least 5

    years of practical experience in accounting • Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US & JGAAP)

    • Experience for Tax Audit

    • Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving

    • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Preferred
    • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving results.

    • High responsibility for own actions and ability to act like an owner.

    • Excited about being exposed to new technologies.
