当社では、日本チームの一員として、経理およびFP&A（財務計画・分析）業務を担当いただくファイナンスオペレーション担当者を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、幅広いファイナンス業務を通じて、Intelligent Systems事業の成長と発展を支援していただきます。
We are looking for a Finance operation to join our Japan team and oversee of the Accounting and FP&A role.
You can handle this dynamic position to support IS business development.

- • 年間予算の策定および月次実績・予測レポートの作成 / Prepare annual budget and Reporting for monthly actual & forecasts.
• 月次・年次決算を含む各種会計業務のレビュー / Review of all accounting transactions such as monthly and annual closings.
• シェアードサービスセンターとの連携およびアドミニストレーション担当者のマネジメント
/ Daily communication with Shared Service Center and Manage of Administrative worker
• 銀行関連業務および固定資産管理 / Bank operation, Fixed Asset management
• 監査対応、内部統制活動の推進、税務申告および法定財務諸表作成に関する税務当局との折衝 / Corresponding for Audit, Internal control activities and communication with Tax agency for Tax return and Statutory Financial Statement preparation etc.

- 応募資格（必須）
- • 経理業務の実務経験5年以上 / Work experience as an Accountant at least 5 years
• US GAAPおよびJGAAPを含む会計基準・会計手続きに関する知識 / Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US & JGAAP)
• 税務監査対応の経験 / Experience for Tax Audit
• 問題解決能力およびコンフリクトマネジメント能力 / Conflict Resolution / Problem Solving
• ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語能力 / Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
