当社では、日本チームの一員として、経理およびFP&A（財務計画・分析）業務を担当いただくAccounting / Finance Operation Manager を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、月次・年次決算、財務レポーティング、予算策定および予実管理など、幅広い経理・財務業務を担当いただきます。日本の経理・財務担当として、自ら手を動かしながら業務を推進し、APACを含むグローバルの経理・財務チームや社内関係部門と連携しながら、事業運営を財務面から支援いただきます。
また、必要な情報を主体的に収集し、関係者を巻き込みながら課題解決を進めることが期待されるポジションです。ダイナミックな環境の中で、オーナーシップを持って業務改善やプロセス最適化にも取り組んでいただきます。
We are looking for an Accounting / Finance Operation Manager to join our Japan team and support a wide range of accounting and FP&A activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for key finance operations, including month-end and yearend closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance-related activities.
As a member of a lean finance organization, you will work in a hands-on capacity while collaborating closely with APAC and global finance teams, as well as local business stakeholders, to support
the growth and success of the Intelligent Systems business.
The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently, with the ability to gather information, coordinate across functions, and drive issues to resolution.
This role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements and enhance the effectiveness of finance operations in a dynamic global environment.

- ⚫ 月次・年次決算を含む各種会計業務全般 / Various accounting activities, including monthly and annual closing processes.
⚫ APAC Finance チームおよび関連部門との連携、ならびにアドミニストレーション担当者との業務調整/Collaborate with APAC Finance teams and relevant stakeholders, and coordinate administrative support activities.
⚫ 銀行関連業務および固定資産管理 / Manage banking operations and fixed asset accounting.
⚫ 監査対応、内部統制活動の推進、税務申告および法定財務諸表作成に関するサポート/Support external audits, internal control activities, tax filings, and statutory financial statement preparation.
⚫ 年間予算の策定および月次実績・予測レポートの作成 / Prepare annual budgets and monthly actual, forecast, and management reports.
⚫ 財務・会計業務の継続的な改善および業務効率化の推進/Drive continuous improvements in finance and accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
⚫ 社内関係部門や提携の税理士と連携し、必要な情報を主体的に収集しながら課題解決を推進/Proactively gather information and partner with internal stakeholders and partner tax accountants to resolve finance and accounting-related issues.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ⚫ 経理・財務領域における実務経験5年以上 / Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience
⚫ 月次決算および年次決算業務を主担当として行った経験 / Hands-on experience managing month-end and year-end closing activities
⚫ US GAAPおよびJGAAPを含む会計基準・会計手続きに関する知識 / Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including US GAAP and JGAAP
⚫ 予算策定、予実管理、財務レポーティングの経験 / Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
⚫ 監査対応および内部統制に関する実務経験 / Experience supporting external audits and internal control activities
⚫ 問題解決能力および主体的に業務を推進できる能力 / Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
⚫ 関係者と連携し、必要な情報を自ら収集できるコミュニケーション能力 / Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively gather information and collaborate with stakeholders
⚫ ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力 / Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
