Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・ Management of
    overall accounting operations, preparation
    of external disclosure documents such as securities reports, and response to accounting-related questions from audit firms and lead securities
  • Requirements
    ・Accounting experience (3 years or more)
    ・Practical experience in preparing external disclosure documents such as securities reports and financial statements at an operating company

    ・Experience
    involved in IPOs ・Work experience
