You will be responsible for a wide range of fundraising-related tasks and special missions for the CFO's office. As the execution team for specific projects in the finance domain, you will be responsible for delivering results by working hands-on.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Fundraising-related tasks (such as practical handling of equity finance)
    ・Company-wide project planning and promotion (project management across teams)
    ・M&A-related tasks (you will be the main driver in the event of future M&A)
    ・Support for planning and execution of company-wide, business, and divisional strategies, operational support
    ・Qualitative and quantitative analysis
    supporting the above, organizational design, KPI design, management, and promotion
    ・Various research,
    analysis, and FP&A for new business development
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in fundraising (equity finance), including experience in IBD, PE funds, etc.
    ・Experience in
    FP&A, corporate planning, business planning, finance/M&A-related operations ・Experience from strategy formulation to KPI design and PDCA management (including discussions with management)
    ・Experience designing analytical methods and extracting strategic implications from analysis results to apply to
    business ・Experience in project management across teams
  • Preferred
    ・Business-level English proficiency

    in formulating and executing business plans, and experience in M&A (due diligence, PMI, etc.)
