In addition to standard accounting tasks, you will be supported with important tasks related to building the new system.

- Responsibilities
- ・Establishing
accounting business processes related to new businesses ・Planning and promoting
efficiency measures for existing accounting processes ・Identifying and resolving issues related to accounting-related systems and workflows

- Requirements
- ・Leadership experience
in project promotion and business improvement activities ・Communication skills
to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders ・Basic accounting knowledge
such as bookkeeping ・Experience using SAP or knowledge
・Experience collaborating
with external vendors ・Communication skills in English (business level or above)
・Individuals
who can proactively gather information, understand the situation on their own, and take proactive action (those who identify issues themselves and move forward with solutions while involving those around them, rather than waiting for instructions)
Leadership experience in driving projects and process improvement initiatives
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Basic accounting knowledge, such as bookkeeping
Experience or knowledge of SAP
Experience working collaboratively with external vendors
Business communication skills in English, Advanced communication skills in Japanese
Ability to proactively gather information, understand the situation independently, and take initiative
(Not someone who waits for instructions, but someone who can identify issues on their own and drive solutions by involving relevant stakeholders)

- Preferred
- ・Practical experience in accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, etc.) (approximately: 3 years or more)
・Experience in
launching, transferring, or improving Shared Services or BPO operations ・Practical experience in business process improvement, or strong interest
(organizing As-Is/To-Be, designing business flows, promoting standardization and efficiency, etc.)
・Understanding of accounting-related systems, and experience in proposing improvements and defining requirements
Practical accounting experience (e.g., accounts payable/accounts receivable), approx. 3+ years
Experience in launching, transitioning, or improving Shared Services or BPO operations
Hands-on experience or strong interest in business process improvement
(e.g., As-Is/To-Be analysis, process flow design, standardization and efficiency enhancement)
Understanding of accounting-related systems, plus experience in proposing improvements or defining requirements
