・Establishing accounting processes for new business activities

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・プロジェクト推進や業務改善活動におけるリーダーシップ経験
・社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
・簿記などの基礎的な経理知識
・SAPの使用経験または知識
・外部ベンダーとの協業経験
・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（ビジネスレベル以上）
・自発的に情報を収集し、状況を自分で理解したうえで主体的に行動できる方
（指示待ちではなく、自ら課題を見つけ、周囲を巻き込みながら解決を進められる方）
Leadership experience in driving projects and process improvement initiatives
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Basic accounting knowledge, such as bookkeeping
Experience or knowledge of SAP
Experience working collaboratively with external vendors
Business communication skills in English, Advanced communication skills in Japanese
Ability to proactively gather information, understand the situation independently, and take initiative
(Not someone who waits for instructions, but someone who can identify issues on their own and drive solutions by involving relevant stakeholders)

- 応募資格（優遇）
- ・経理業務（買掛金／売掛金など）の実務経験（目安：3年以上）
・Shared ServicesまたはBPO業務の立ち上げ・移管・改善に携わった経験
・業務プロセス改善の実務経験、または強い関心
（As-Is/To-Beの整理、業務フロー設計、標準化・効率化の推進など）
・経理関連システムに関する理解、および改善提案や要件定義の経験
Practical accounting experience (e.g., accounts payable/accounts receivable), approx. 3+ years
Experience in launching, transitioning, or improving Shared Services or BPO operations
Hands-on experience or strong interest in business process improvement
(e.g., As-Is/To-Be analysis, process flow design, standardization and efficiency enhancement)
Understanding of accounting-related systems, plus experience in proposing improvements or defining requirements
