As the team leader of the internal IT team responsible for promoting internal information systems, you will lead the IT reform initiatives within the company to improve business productivity. A recent major infrastructure replacement project transitioned the company to a fully cloud-based environment, strengthening application development and tool implementation for business reform in internal departments. You will be responsible for IT planning, project management, and supporting key departments such as HR, accounting, and legal. Since the system environment has been transitioned to Microsoft Azure, candidates with experience in IT planning on Microsoft Azure are preferred. The responsibilities will mainly involve project initiation and management for the application side, as experts handle infrastructure, security, and help desk functions.

    ・　Planning and promoting the establishment of IT governance for global automotive finance businesses.
    ・　Supporting the planning and project management of business systems in subsidiaries, particularly in Asia, where IT planning and operations may be underdeveloped.
    ・　Handling internal approval processes and project management support for large-scale IT investment projects above a certain amount, as requested by overseas subsidiaries.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ・　外国人駐在員との基本的なコミュニケーションのための英語能力（TOEIC 700点以上）
    ・　ITプロジェクト管理の経験
    ・　クラウドベースのアプリケーションの導入および実施の経験
    ・　生産性向上を目的としたバックオフィス部門のIT計画およびプロジェクト管理の経験
    ・　少なくとも1年間のチームリーダー経験

    ・　English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or higher) for basic communication with expatriates
    ・　IT project management experience
    ・　Experience in initiating and implementing cloud-based applications
    ・　Experience in IT planning and project management for back-office departments focused on improving productivity
    ・　Team leader experience for at least 1 year
