In this role you will act as a project manager or assistant project manager for business development opportunities and coordination of satellite development. Your work will play a vital role in the success of space technology advancement done in coordination with JAXA by overseeing the scheduling, budgeting, and proposal of future plans to develop new space technologies and business opportunities in Japan.

    -Over see the cost, budgeting, and schedule for development projects and drive forward the project by quickly responding to challenges.
    -Formulate and propose new business plans in both the private sector and with government agencies.
    -Manage a team sometimes as large as 100 members, effectively communicating across departments and forecasting progress.
  • 応募資格(必須)
    -Strong market research ability.
    -Understanding of proposal based sales or new business considerations.
    -Understanding of budgeting and cost management.
    -Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

    For manager level members -Experience in business development or project management in a field related to aerospace, space, or satellite utilizations.

    For Assistant Manager level members -
    Experience and skills related to large-scale project management in any field, but especially though related to new technologies and research projects.

[Job Description]
This role is part of global operations, overseeing loan and credit card businesses for both individuals and corporations. The Global Business Department works closely with regional stakeholders to support vehicle sales worldwide. Specifically, you will be involved in internal approvals and coordination for investment decisions, particularly for large-scale projects.

[Detailed Responsibilities]

・The organization operates with around 15 members, each responsible for specific regions.
・You will be assigned a region based on your experience, aspirations, and preferences.
・Tasks include collaborating with regional headquarters, supporting the management and coordination of 10–20 local subsidiaries, and participating in internal approval processes and corporate adjustments.

[Additional Information]

・Region Assignment: You will rotate between regions and be involved in management and business promotion across different regions.
・Regional Structure: The organization has five regional headquarters (Japan, China, Asia Pacific, Americas Oceania, and Europe Africa), which are responsible for decision-making to deliver financial services tailored to regional needs. You will work in one of these regions.
・Overseas Assignments: Approximately 30% of employees are stationed abroad, providing potential opportunities for overseas assignments in the long term. This position will expose you to international operations, facilitating knowledge and experience for potential future overseas transfers. However, overseas posting is not guaranteed. You will initially work in the domestic department for 2–3 years, with the possibility of rotating to overseas positions or other departments thereafter.
