商品に組み込むソフトウェアの仕様検討・設計・実装・評価をご担当いただきます。
加えてデバイスやCPUの特性を把握してそのポテンシャルを引き出す、拡張性・保守性を考慮した設計、品質の担保など様々な側面から設計・実装していただきます。
顧客の使い方を良く理解し、商品企画や販売担当と議論し、回路、構造担当と協調して最適な機能を提案、実現していただく大変やりがいのあるポジションです。

    FA（ファクトリー・オートメーション）用センサ、測定器、画像処理機器の開発を行っています。
    ものづくりの現場で何が起きているかを正しく把握し、先を見通すことで、お客様もまだ気づいていない課題を解決する新しい価値を持った商品を生み出すことを使命としています。

    ■やりがい：
    〇「世界初」「業界初」となるような商品を開発できます。お客様の真のニーズを把握し、様々な技術メンバーと議論しながら開発プロジェクトを動かすことができます。
    〇商品リリース後、毎月、売上や販売台数を知ることができるので、商品の役立ち度をリアルタイムに把握することが出来ます。商品が工場のラインに組み込まれ、お客様の喜びを直接聞くことができます。
    〇世界46ヵ国に展開するグローバル企業でありながら、直販営業部隊とともに、国内、海外含めたお客様と直接対話して課題を抽出し、課題解決のための商品開発を行っていきます。商品の着想・企画段階で付加価値を創出するフェーズから、販売・サポートを考慮した機能提案など、あらゆる場面で関与できます。企画、仕様・ハード・構造開発担当との距離が近く、課題に対して一枚岩となり取り組むことができます。
