Electronics System Engineer

The Electronic System Engineer needs to support communication and technical alignment between Japanese OEMs and internal global development teams for automotive electronics products. This role involves requirements analysis, system concept development, and specification management to ensure successful collaboration and project execution in the Japanese market.

  • 職種要約
    Act as the primary technical customer interface, supporting communication with Japanese OEMs on project and technical topics.
    Develop and propose system concepts in alignment with customer requirements.
    Analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
    Define and coordinate product-specific use cases derived from customer needs.
    Create and maintain technical specifications based on stakeholder inputs.
    Facilitate internal data exchange to support development activities and ensure alignment with global teams.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
    Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
    Strong communication skills, particularly with Japanese OEMs.
    Experience in requirements engineering and system function definition.
    Background in system architecture design within product development.
    Knowledge of functional description and decomposition (SysML) / function development.
    Experience working in globally distributed teams.
    Familiarity with Automotive SPICE processes.
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    Experience with functional safety (ISO 26262), FMEA, FMEDA.
    Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity requirements.
