次世代車両アーキテクチャの設計において重要な役割を担っており、
世界各地に拠点を展開し、コネクテッドカー、センサー、電動車両向けソリューションの開発を推進するととも、カーボンニュートラル実現に向けた取り組みも進めています。

本ポジションでは、自動車向けレーダーおよびセンシングシステムにおける物体追跡（Object Tracking）アルゴリズムの開発を担当いただきます。
数学的モデリング、ターゲットトラッキング、アルゴリズム設計、シミュレーションおよび評価を通じて、ADAS向けセンシング機能の性能向上に貢献いただきます。
また、Featureチームやソフトウェアチームと連携し、機能要求を実現するためのアルゴリズム開発および組込みソフトウェアへの実装を推進いただきます。
As a Senior Algorithm Engineer, you will be responsible for developing object tracking algorithms for automotive radar and sensing systems.
The role focuses on mathematical modeling, target tracking, algorithm design, simulation, and performance evaluation for ADAS sensing applications.
Working closely with Feature and Software teams, you will translate functional requirements into robust algorithm solutions and support implementation in embedded software environments.

    Lead algorithm feasibility studies, validation activities, and performance assessments against system requirements.

    Analyze vehicle test and measurement data to evaluate and improve algorithm performance.

    ⚫ 開発したアルゴリズムの組込みソフトウェア（C/C++）への実装および最適化の支援
    Support implementation and optimization of developed algorithms in embedded software environments using C/C++.

    ⚫ システム設計チームおよび検証チームと連携した製品開発の推進
    Work closely with system design and verification teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ⚫ レーダー信号処理または物体追跡（Object Tracking）アルゴリズムの開発経験 Experience in radar signal processing or object tracking algorithm development.

    ⚫ カメラ、LiDAR、その他センシングシステムの開発経験 Experience with camera, LiDAR, or other sensing systems.

    ⚫ ADASまたは自動運転システムの開発経験 Experience in ADAS or autonomous driving systems.

    ⚫ 英語によるコミュニケーション能力、または英語力向上への意欲 English communication skills or a willingness to develop English communication skills.

    ⚫ CAN、UDPなど車載ネットワークに関する知識 Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN and UDP.
