The Marketing Manager is responsible for building the next generation of riders and brand enthusiasts in Japan, supporting sales growth, market share, and customer acquisition objectives. The role leads brand development and the planning and execution of both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across vehicles, parts & accessories, and merchandise, including digital, social media, PR, and events. This position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders and communicates effectively at all organizational levels to drive business results. Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager leads the Japan marketing team and partners closely with the Japan Managing Director and commercial team to deliver strong business performance in Japan.

- Marketing Programs and Promotions
* Lead and develop a two-person marketing team.
* Plan and deliver product launches and integrated campaigns that build demand, grow market share, and are measured against clear KPIs and ROI.
* Strengthen brand health by leading marketing strategy development for the Japan market and translating it into effective execution.
* Oversee development of retail marketing materials and dealer support tools, including dealer communications.
* Manage dealer marketing initiatives, including lead management activities.
* Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to align corporate objectives with local market needs.
* Lead and manage agency partners, ensuring strong performance and measurable business impact.
* Oversee marketing projects, market research, budgets, and approval processes with internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Community Engagement
* Oversee customer community and loyalty initiatives with a focus on growing and diversifying member engagement.
* Lead the development of processes and resource plans to support future community growth and customer retention initiatives.
Events
* Lead the planning and execution of an integrated event strategy, including shows, exhibitions, dealer demonstrations, customer gatherings, and brand experience events.
* Oversee end-to-end event coordination (venues, promotion, media, registration, and programming) and drive continuous improvement through post-event evaluations.
Customer Experience Programs
* Lead customer experience initiatives, including training programs, rental experiences, and touring/lifestyle activities, to support customer acquisition and engagement.
Project Management and Coordination
* Plan, track, and deliver key marketing and customer engagement initiatives using clear project plans and progress tracking to ensure timely execution.

- 応募資格(必須)
- * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience leading marketing initiatives, promotions, and events for consumer or lifestyle brands.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
* Proven ability to engage and align stakeholders across local and regional teams within a matrix organization.
* Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
* Strong understanding of premium consumer products, competitive market dynamics, and customer engagement strategies; industry-specific product affinity is desirable but not mandatory.
* Experience working with independent dealer or franchise networks and influencing performance through marketing initiatives.
* Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and drive business results.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, budgets, and both short- and long-term objectives.
* Willingness to travel domestically and within APAC up to approximately 30%.
