着実に販売台数を増やし、日本国内だけでもすでに4,000台を越えました。
今後の目標は5,000台で、ディーラー、販売店は現在33店舗ありますが、今後も店舗数を増やしていく方針です。

マーケティングマネージャーとして、日本国内におけるアイコニックなモーターサイクル製品およびサービスのマーケティングおよび広報活動をリードしていただきます。ブランド認知の向上、顧客エンゲージメントの強化、販売店のマーケティング支援、市場シェアおよび収益性の向上を、戦略的かつ成果重視の施策を通じて担っていただきます。

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing and PR activities for iconic motorcycle products and services in Japan. You will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, boosting customer engagement, supporting dealer marketing efforts, and driving market share and profitability through strategic, results-driven initiatives.

マーケティング活動を主に、ただしそれに限定されず担当します：

・新製品ローンチにおけるオペレーションプロセスの計画と実行（物理的・デジタルメディアを含む）
・小売販売を促進するためのプロモーション計画、ローカルクリエイティブの開発、投稿および分析
・ CMSツールを活用し、プロモーションキャンペーンやニュースページ用のランディングページを作成し、関心のある顧客へメルマガを配信
・販売店に対し、POSツールの作成支援、ローカルイベントの企画および運営、顧客との効率的なコミュニケーションのためのCRMシステムの支援
・販売店がローカルマーケティング（SNSを含む）を実施できるようサポートおよびトレーニング
・必要に応じて、他部署と連携してパンフレット、カタログ、ニュースレター、DM、POS資材の制作
・データ分析およびツールを活用したマーケティング効果・KPIの測定に関する分析スキル
・展示会・イベントの計画から運営までのプロセス管理
・予算および売上予測の管理

You will conduct marketing activities such as advertising, shows & events, customer relationships, dealer support, promotions & campaigns, public relations, & website and social media to:

・ Improve generating new business leads and traffic.
・ Improve brand awareness, image and market share.
・ Improve the company’s and dealer’s profitability.
・ Improve customers’ lifecycle management.
・ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
・ Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
・ Work with the sales team to coordinate fine-tuning and link marketing activities to retail sales.

You will be responsible for marketing activities, principally, but not exclusively.
・ Plan and execute operational process and execution of new product launches include physical and digital media.
・ Promotion plan to expedite retail sales, Local creative development, Posts and Analysis.
・ Create landing pages on website for promotional campaigns / news pages utilizing CMS tool to
maximize awareness as well as distributing mail magazines to interested customers.
・ Support dealer with creating POS, Local event planning and management, CRM system for efficient
communication with customers.
・ Support and train dealers to run their local marketing include social media.
・ Liaise with other division / team to produce brochure, catalogues, newsletter, DM, POS material design
when necessary.
・ Analytical skills, proficient with data analysis and tools. (Marketing effectiveness and KPI measurement)
・ Run and manage the operational process of shows and events from planning.
・ Budget & forecast management
応募資格（必須）

5–10 years of marketing or advertising experience, with a strong understanding of high-end brand management.
・ Skilled in guiding and communicating effectively with external agencies.
・ Comfortable handling both digital tasks (e.g., SNS, website updates, analytics) and physical event management.
Proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel Power Point, Word and Outlook. Google Analytics Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
・ Must be able to follow directions well and apply them flawlessly even under pressure.
・ Result-oriented, organized and be a good leader of projects.
・ Excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skills.
・ Team player.
