As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing and public relations efforts for iconic motorcycle products and services in Japan. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, assisting dealers with marketing, and increasing market share and profitability through strategic and results-oriented initiatives.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Through marketing activities such as advertising, trade shows and events, customer relationship building, distributor support, promotions and campaigns, public relations activities, websites and social media

    Improve new business leads and traffic generation
    - Increase brand awareness, image and market share
    - Improve company and distributor profitability
    - Enhance customer lifecycle management
    - Stay abreast of current marketing trends and competitors

    Responsible primarily, but not limited to, marketing activities:

    Plan and execute operational processes for new product launches, including physical and digital media

    ・ Utilize CMS tools for promotional campaigns and news pages
    Support retailers in creating POS tools, organizing and managing local events, and supporting CRM systems for effective communication with customers
    Support and training to enable dealers to implement local marketing (including SNS)
    ・ Work with other departments as needed to produce brochures, catalogs, newsletters, direct mail, and POS materials
    ・ Analytical skills for data analysis and measurement of marketing effectiveness and KPIs using tools
    ・ Process management from planning to operation of trade shows and events
    ・ Budgeting Management of budgets and sales forecasts

    Support and train dealers to run their local marketing including social media.
    Liaise with other divisions / teams to produce brochure, catalogues, newsletter, DM, POS material design
    when necessary.
    Analytical skills, proficient with data analysis and tools. (Marketing effectiveness and KPI measurement)

  • Requirements
    5-10 years of marketing or advertising experience, with a strong understanding of high-end brand management.
