- Organize, track and manage the delivery and transportation of parts.
Check how well suppliers deliver and suggest ways to improve.
Make sure transportation plans are met monthly and updated every 6 months.
Manage packaging for parts.
Make sure logistics agreements match the goals of buying and delivery.
Ensure suppliers can meet production needs and fix any issues if necessary.
