Fleet Operations Manager

This position is to build a vehicle management system that supports the foundation of micromobility services.
You will lead Total's fleet management, including insurance coverage, vehicle maintenance and repair, and consideration and management of the optimal number of vehicles in each city.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Optimal vehicle management, vehicle placement
    , design and operation
    of optimal vehicle placement and vehicle management based on user usage trends and market trends, optimization of utilization rate, cost, and convenience
    based on demand characteristics for each city, area, and vehicle model ■Process design
    of maintenance operations, from fault detection to collection, diagnosis, and repair, Establishment and implementation
    of a comprehensive operation process leading up to relocation, design and implementation
    of KPIs, anomaly detection, and corrective flows■Formulation
    of base (warehouse/repair base) strategy, layout and functional design
    for capacity, cost, and future business expansion・Warehouse selection and contract

    Vendor management ・Building
    partnerships with external vendors, managing business quality and capacity
    , and formulating

    training processes for new mechanics *Warehouses are located nationwide.
    *Employees are basically required to work at our warehouse and head office in Tokyo.
  • Requirements
    ・Based on experience in designing and implementing
    operations, the ability
    to draw an ideal image for six months or one year in the future, organize and execute things backwards, and the ability to reduce the designed process to the form that is actually used in the field.
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in management
    of operation plans, budget plans, etc., experience in supply chain management
    , team management, organizational construction
    , management of external vendors
    , experience in statistical analysis and improvement
    of quality, data analysis skills such as SQL
