  • Responsibilities
    ・Order & Logistics Management
    ・Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.
    ・Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules.
    ・Ensure accurate order fulfillment and logistics execution.

    Import / Export Operations
    ・Prepare and manage import/export documentation.
    ・Coordinate customs-related shipping activities.
    ・Ensure compliance with logistics and trade procedures.

    Inventory & Warehouse Management
    ・Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy.
    ・Support warehouse operations for automotive parts.
    ・Coordinate inventory movement between internal and external warehouses.

    Customer & Supplier Coordination
    ・Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and logistics issues.
    ・Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers.
    ・Resolve shipment and transportation issues as they arise.

    ERP & Data Management
    ・Maintain logistics data within the ERP system.
    ・Process logistics, transactions, and inventory records.
    ・Support reporting and logistics analysis using Excel.

  • Requirements

    ・Japanese proficiency: fluent
    level ・Driver's license: valid regular driver's license

    ・3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
    ・Experience with warehouse operations.
    ・Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Navision or similar).
    ・Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
    ・Fluent Japanese.
