A startup company that provides electric kickboard and electric bicycle sharing services with the aim of popularizing micromobility.
Stations are set up mainly in urban areas, and a system is being developed to make short-distance travel easier and more efficient.
Easily accessible via a dedicated app, it is attracting attention as a sustainable means of transportation.
We are developing sustainable mobility services that reduce environmental impact and include solutions to urban transportation issues as well as rural transportation issues.
You will play a key role in supporting the operation of 50,000 vehicles on site and as the execution manager for base (warehouse) operations.
Beyond simply managing repair work, you will oversee all in-house operations, including resolving bottlenecks and maximizing throughput from vehicle entry and exit to repair and redelivery, optimal management of massive parts inventory, and staff management at each location, thereby leading improvements in service quality and efficiency.

- Responsibilities
- ・Warehouse operations management and progress management:
Oversee warehouse operations within the jurisdiction area, directing the processes from vehicle reception to diagnostics to repairs to relocation. We allocate personnel and manage progress to achieve the daily target processing volume.
・Parts and Inventory Management:
We manage inventory of a vast and diverse range of repair parts covering all models and generations. It is responsible for controlling inventory turnover with low stagnation rates, while preventing operational stoppages due to parts depletion.
・Member Management:
Responsible for managing, shifting, training, evaluation, and recruitment activities for mechanics and staff working at the site.
・Process improvement and strategy execution:
Collaborate with supervisors and other operations departments to identify operational bottlenecks. We promote the implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) on-site and improve and implement more productive workflows.
・Vendor and Related Department Collaboration:
Enables smooth operations through capacity management through collaboration with external partners (contractors) and collaboration with other departments.
・Safety, Health, and Environmental Management:
We thoroughly implement safety and health standards within the warehouse to prevent accidents and create a comfortable working environment.

- Requirements
- ■ Regardless of industry, including maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or service industries, experience in operations includes one
of the following: experience managing
operations sites from the perspectives of quality, cost, and productivity, organizational management
, and external vendor
management; overseeing the entire operation and analyzing challenges. Those who can
implement effective solutions and focus on both on-site and actual products, and have a deep understanding of the structure, maintenance procedures, and related technical knowledge of electric kickboards and electric-assist bicycles.
