This position is a candidate for division manager, overseeing the entire business in areas such as 'dispatch planning' and 'dispatch management' in the Transport Management System area, and leading it into the next phase of growth. You will be entrusted with the crucial mission of solving the challenges faced at each customer's logistics site and achieving fundamental reform and business growth in Japan's logistics sector.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Achieving business growth and strategy
    formulation / Strategy formulation: Formulating and overseeing the execution of medium- to long-term business strategies, marketing strategies, and sales strategies.
    ・Product Evolution: Lead the continuous improvement and evolution of services and products based on customer feedback and market trends.
    ・PL Management: Responsible for business revenue, achieving business goals through KPI setting, budget and actual management, and PL (Profit and Loss) management.

    ■ Realizing organizational growth and managing
    and operating the organization: Oversee the organizational operations of the entire business division to achieve business growth.
    ・Resource planning: Formulating and executing recruitment and staffing plans based on business plans.
    ・Human resource development: Set goals, evaluate, develop, and manage division members to build a high-performance organization.
  • Requirements
    ・Over 3
    years of experience in management or people management ・Over 3
    years of enterprise sales experience in BtoB SaaS or software business ・Experience
    leading discussions with customer managers or higher ・Experience in pipeline
    management using SFA ・Experience committing to team-wide outcomes and proactively taking necessary actions
  • Preferred
    ・Strong communication and negotiation skills
    in both verbal and written writing ・Experience in the logistics domain
