カスタマー サティスファクション エンジニアとして、製品品質に関する業務の管理と実行を担当していただきます。お客様と当社エンジニアリングチーム/工場とのコミュニケーションとチーム構築を担い、双方の視点から最善の問題解決策を検討する品質管理業務に従事していただきます。

- 顧客担当窓口として品質情報を収集し、それらの要件と顧客の声をタイムリーにチームに提供する
Be responsible for customer interface to collect the quality information, provide to a team with those requirement and customer voice in a timely manner
顧客の現場での製品納入品質と市場での性能を注意深く観察する
Be aware of product delivery quality at customer assembly location, and performance in market
問題解決と顧客報告の状況を追跡するためのトレーサビリティシステム（QSYS）を使用し、維持する
Use and maintain Traceability System (called QSYS) with utilizing the local documents for tracking the status of problem solving and customer report
上記の3つの役割を達成するために必要な電話会議に参加する。
Participate in the necessary conference calls to accomplish above 3 responsibilities
顧客との会議に出席し、割り当てられたアクションアイテムの進捗を定期的に報告する
Attend customer meetings, complete assigned action items and regularly report on progress
完璧な立ち上げ活動のサポート、および顧客の信頼を得るために品質管理システムを顧客に提供する
Support Flawless Launch Activities, and deliver quality management system to customer(s) to get customer’s confidence

- 工学系の学士号
Bachelor’s degree of engineering
顧客と良好な関係を構築し、グローバルチームで効果的に働くための高い対人能力
Strong Interpersonal skill to establish and maintain good relationship with customers, and work
effectively in a global team.
日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
Japanese Speaking (native) with English good Skills
