HR Development Specialist

法人向けレンタカー事業の運営や、全国各地での正規ディーラー運営、車両販売事業など、多岐にわたる自動車関連事業に取り組んでいます。

この役割では、研修プログラムの企画・実施、人材開発戦略の策定、従業員のキャリアパス支援、関連する人事事務業務などを含む 人材開発施策の支援およびリード を担当していただきます。
まずは研修業務からスタートし、徐々に企画業務へと業務範囲を広げることで、企業の人材成長に貢献するとともに、ご自身の人事キャリアの発展にもつなげていただけます。

In this role, you will support and lead human resource development initiatives for the D&D Group, including planning and executing training programs, developing HR strategies, supporting employee career paths, and handling related administrative tasks. You will start with training operations and gradually expand into planning, contributing to the company’s talent growth and your own HR career development.
