Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will be responsible for human resource development for the D&D Group, which operates a wide range of automotive-related businesses.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    ・ Implementation of training and education programs
    ・ Plan and execute necessary training such as onboarding, level-specific, and technical training.
    ・ Development of HR development strategies
    ・ Design and implement effective programs aligned with the company's vision and goals.

  • Requirements
