HR Development Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and leading talent development initiatives, including planning and implementing training programs, developing talent development strategies, supporting employee career paths, and related HR administrative tasks.
By starting with training work and gradually expanding the scope of work to planning work, you can contribute to the growth of human resources for the company and lead to the development of your own human resources career.

In this role, you will support and lead human resource development initiatives for the D&D Group, including planning and executing training programs, developing HR strategies, supporting employee career paths, and handling related administrative tasks. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Specific duties:

    ・ Implementation
    of training and education programs ・ Planning and execution
    of necessary training programs such as new employee training, hierarchical training, and specialized training ・ Formulation
    of human resource development strategies ・ Design and implementation
    of effective human resource development programs in line with the company's vision and goals ・ Career path support
    ・ Support for employees' career development and provide
    appropriate career paths ・ Others , HR-related office work

    Specific Responsibilities:
    ・ Implementation of training and educational programs
    ・ Planning and executing necessary training programs, such as onboarding, level-specific, and specialized training
    ・ Development of HR development strategies
    ・ Designing and implementing effective employee development programs aligned with the company's vision and goals

    ・ Supporting employees in career development and providing appropriate career paths
    ・ Other HR-related administrative tasks
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience

    related to personnel education at an operating company ・Mandatory Experience (any of the following):
    ・Experience in training operations (not as a trainer, but in administrative roles).
    * Planning experience not required.
    ・Other HR-related work experience.
