Support the Plant Manager with daily HR management related tasks, following the company's policies and procedures.

- Work closely with the Plant Manager and other managers at the Kyushu plant to address HR issues in line with business goals.
Create and implement a strategy for staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development at the site.
Manage payroll and other HR-related processes efficiently.
Ensure the work environment complies with the Group’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
Handle industrial relations and maintain good communication with local employee representatives.
Apply Group HR policies, including employee empowerment, as part of the company’s excellence system.
Report key HR information to the Division.

- 応募資格（必須）
- 5 years or more of experience in Human Resources in an international company
Familiar with HR information, payroll and employment law
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (Business level minimum)

Bachelor degree in Human Resource management or another business related focus
