Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Work closely with the Plant Manager and other managers at the Kyushu plant to address HR issues in line with business goals.
    Create and implement a strategy Create and implement a strategy for staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development at the site.
    Manage payroll and other HR-related processes efficiently.
    Ensure the work environment complies with the Group's Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
    Handle industrial relations and
    Apply Group HR policies, including employee empowerment, as part of the company's
    Report key HR information to the Division.
  • Requirements
    5 years or more of experience in Human Resources in an international company
    Familiar with HR information, payroll and employment law
    Strong Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (Business level minimum)
  • Preferred
    Experience in talent acquisition for direct and indirect employees
    Bachelor degree in Human Resource management or another business related focus
