You will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and supporting the execution of initiatives to bring our innovative flying car products and services to market and ensure business success. This role involves developing new business hypotheses, creating new business opportunities, validating business models, and driving commercialization efforts.

- - Develop strategies and plans to successfully bring innovative flying car products and services to market.
- Support the execution of projects, focusing on the commercialization and validation of new business hypotheses.
- Engage in customer-facing activities to shape projects based on real-world feedback.
- Visit new and existing customers to build strong relationships, conduct presentations, and gather insights on customer needs.
- Communicate customer feedback internally and propose improvements to products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain high levels of trust and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver solution proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Gather customer requirements, assist in creating project plans, and support execution.
- Lead business negotiations, manage contract processes, and coordinate internally and externally to ensure smooth project progress.

- 応募資格(必須)
- - Experience in business planning. strategy development & solution partnerships.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, planning, or project management related to regional development, business development, or new ventures
- Able to proactively identify challenges, think independently, and move proposals into execution to solve problems.
- Flexible communicator who can engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to be hands-on and take ownership of tasks personally.
- Comfortable with trial-and-error approaches and capable of running the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
- Persistent and resilient in tackling difficult challenges.
- Highly committed to achieving ambitious goals.
- Demonstrates strong leadership combined with a spirit of dedication to the team.
