This position is for a Software Architect specializing in embedded systems for on-board computers and ECUs. The role focuses on defining software architecture for connected car and telematics solutions, working across cross-functional engineering disciplines. It involves collaboration with global teams and direct interaction with customers during the early phases of development to ensure robust, standard-compliant, and cost-optimized product architecture.

    Define system architecture with a team across engineering divisions.
    Analyze and translate customer needs into technical proposals during RFI/RFQ phases
    Ensure product robustness and adherence to safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards
    Collaborate with international engineering and business teams to drive technical alignment
    Enforce and apply internal engineering standards, support design reviews
    Support requirement management and translate system requirements into technical ones
    Manage interoperability and integration of sub-systems
    Contribute to knowledge capitalization through documentation and standardization
    Continuously improve architecture strategy in alignment with platform evolution
  • 応募資格（必須）
    3+ years of experience as a Software Architect
    3+ years of hands-on software development experience in C/C++
    Deep expertise in Linux OS (system-level)
    Solid understanding of cybersecurity in embedded systems
    Business-level Japanese proficiency
    Strong English proficiency

  • 応募資格（優遇）
    Experience in the automotive domain, particularly with telematics or ADAS
    Familiarity with AUTOSAR, TCU, and connected car platforms
    Proven ability to manage architecture across software, hardware, system, and mechanical domains
    Knowledge of technical risk management and patent consideration
    Experience in customer interfacing during RFI/RFQ phases
    Understanding of design-to-cost principles and engineering standards
