  • 応募資格（必須）
    ・合計10人月以上の規模のWebサービス系プロジェクトで、開発全体のリードエンジニアとして要件調整からリリース・保守までを担当した経験
    ・フルスタック：以下全ての範囲で、現場のコードやアーキテクチャを理解できること
    スマートフォンアプリ（可能ならば複数のプラットフォーム経験）
    APIサーバ開発（可能ならば複数の言語・フレームワーク経験）
    データベース設計
    フロントエンド開発（React以降）
    ・ご自身にとって主たる技術分野（Android／iOS／バックエンド(Golang/AWS/GCP/DB設計/API設計)／フロントエンド(React)／データ基盤 等）で、5年以上の実務経験
    ・生成AIを自身やチームの開発業務に取り込れ、開発効率を大きく向上させることに関心があること
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    ・エンジニア10名以上程度のプロダクト開発現場に後から参画し、課題を解決する手法・仕組みを提案・説得・実行し、それによって事業や開発現場に大きな改善（ビジネス部門から認識される程度のもの）を生み出した経験
