Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Improve the upstream process to speed up the evolution of products
    * Discuss with product managers and project managers on an equal footing
    * Simplify, trim, and propose alternative plans for requirements that tend to become complex
    * Propose development order and schedule for projects considering development efficiency
    Development that makes the most of individual specialists' strengths
    * Identification of inefficient or difficult projects that can be tackled by multiple members, and creating them all by yourself
    * Planning and implementation of various in-house tools that greatly increase development efficiency and operational efficiency
    Activities to strengthen horizontal cooperation among engineering teams
    * Micro services with mixed API server/batch server to smart applications Restructuring of the architecture to improve development efficiency across all areas, from microservices to smartphone applications
    * Proposal and implementation of support to expand each team member's product
    * Study meetings, assignment rules, etc.
    Activities to improve team development efficiency
    * Planning of scope and methods of automation for testing, etc., and operational support for automated systems
    * Creation of guidelines and implementation support for organizing and enhancing documentation such as data specifications and API specifications
    * Reduction of engineering operation work through automation and efficiency
  • Requirements
    Experience as a lead engineer in a web services project of 10+ person-months in total, from requirements coordination to release and maintenance
    - Full Stack: Ability to understand on-site code and architecture in all of the following areas:
    Smartphone apps (multiple platform experience if possible) API server development (multiple languages/frameworks experience if possible) Database design Front-end development (React or later) Platform experience)

    ・You must be interested in incorporating generative AI into your or your team's development work and significantly improving development efficiency.
  • Preferred
    Experience in participating in a product development site with 10 or more engineers, proposing, persuading, and implementing methods and mechanisms to solve problems, and thereby creating significant improvements (to the extent recognized by the business sector) in the business and development site.
