Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Liquid propulsion system design analysis (e.g., propellant loading and consumption planning based on flight plan, examination of propellant tank pressure planning, etc.)
    ・Setting
    requirements for various equipment based on propulsion system design, conducting performance tests of various equipment in collaboration with the component design team, evaluating
    the results, and developing
    a propellant tank pressure control system ・Formulation
    of launch operation plan (mainly operation plan for aircraft propulsion system systems), modeling and evaluation
    of dynamic behavior of aircraft propulsion system systems and ground plant equipment, and planning, execution, and evaluation of stage combustion tests
  • Requirements
    ・Bachelor's degree
    or higher in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering ・At least 3 years of work experience
    in aerospace engineering ・Japanese proficiency (business level)
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in designing propulsion systems or components for liquid rockets・Experience in analyzing and evaluating fluid systems using 1DCAE technology, or those who are
    interested in the field・Experience

    in designing, developing, and operating plant equipment using cryogenic fluids and high-pressure fluids■Desired persona

You will be mainly in charge of the design of propulsion systems (engines, turbopumps, propulsion systems, etc.).
In cooperation with other personnel in charge of individual component design, you will lead the definition of requirements, architecture design, outfitting design, test planning and analysis of the entire system.
In addition, using the combustion test equipment developed in-house, you will lead the system verification and coordinate the interface with other system personnel to realize the optimal propulsion system design for the entire rocket.
