You will be responsible for production management in the manufacturing of satellites and onboard components. This includes production planning, standard data management (such as bills of materials and drawings), production progress control, and business process improvement.
衛星および搭載コンポーネント製造の生産管理（生産計画策定、原単位管理（部品表、図面）、生産進捗管理、および、業務改善）を行って頂きます。

- ■ Production Planning (Long-term and Short-term)｜生産計画策定（長期・短期生産計画）
・Coordinate with internal and external departments to develop and manage changes to production plans in order to achieve overall project schedules.
プロジェクト計画を実現するため、社内外各部門と調整、生産計画策定および変更管理
・Allocate appropriate resources (people and materials) to ensure efficient production in accordance with the production plan.
適切なリソース(人・物)配分の実施、生産計画に基づき、効率的な生産を実現
■Standard Data Management｜原単位管理
・Bills of materials and drawings: Place part orders and issue manufacturing instructions based on design releases from the engineering team.
部品表、図面：設計部門からの出図に基づき、部品手配や製造指示
・Share information and coordinate schedules and content with both upstream and downstream departments.
上流・下流部門との情報共有、実施内容や時期調整
■Production Progress Management生産進捗管理
・Monitor on-site progress from the perspectives of safety, quality, production, and cost—including external vendors manufacturing assemblies.
現場の進捗管理：安全・品質・生産・コスト観点。社外の組立品製作ベンダー含む。
・Identify issues and formulate countermeasures through collaboration with departments such as manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality.
課題把握と対策立案：現場・設計・調達・品質部門等と情報共有、課題解決。
・Manage schedules and logistics (transport planning and execution) during satellite manufacturing and testing phases.
衛星製造・試験フェーズ：日程計画・管理、ロジスティクス（輸送計画・手段の企画・実行）
・Prepare for on-site operations related to satellite launches (at external test sites or launch facilities).
衛星打上げ：現地作業（外部試験場や射場等）の事前準備
■Business Process Improvement｜業務改善活動
・Lead improvement initiatives: define target state, analyze current conditions, plan activities, and assess outcomes.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Work experience in manufacturing: experience in factory operations, production management, inventory control, cost management, etc.
製造業における業務経験：工場管理、生産管理、現品管理、原価管理等
・Basic business skills: ability to manage schedules and create reports using M365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
基本業務スキル：M365 （Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)を使用してスケジュール管理や報告書作成等ができる
・Japanese Language Skill : native-level Japanese or equivalent to JLPT N1.
日本語能力：日本語を母国語とする、あるいはJLPT N1相当
・Knowledge of debris removal, EOL (End-of-Life), and on-orbit services
・Knowledge of spacecraft systems
・Experience in planning and launching own production processes
・Experience in production engineering development of production processes related to assembly, which is mostly manual work
・Simultaneous engineering experience as a production engineering department with design department Experience in ・Simultaneous Engineering with design department
・Experience in production management using BOM construction and PDM system
・Drawing and mechanical design skills using CAD, etc.
・Ability to break things down into hierarchical structures and think logically using structured thinking, etc.
・Experience utilizing problem solving methods such as KT method (SA/PA/DA/PPA)
・Experience in quality assurance Experience working with management processes
・Experience working in teams composed of people from diverse cultural backgrounds

- ・Industry experience: assembly-based manufacturing industries handling finished products or components, such as aerospace, telecommunications/electronic equipment, medical devices, automotive, or general machinery
経験業種：取扱い製品、完成品・部品を問わず、組立型製造業（航空宇宙、通信・電気機器、医療機器、自動車、一般機械 等）
・Knowledge of quality assurance and control processes
品質保証・管理プロセスの知識
・Business reform and improvement: experience in independently proposing and implementing new management methods
業務改革・改善：自ら、新たな管理手法を提案し、実行した経験
・Knowledge of electrical equipment, especially PCB (printed circuit board) manufacturing
