Currently seeking a Automotive Insurance Senior Specialist who will be responsible for planning and steering insurance initiatives to achieve sales and profit targets by creating new products, business scheme and marketing plan as well as guiding internal stake holder such as field team to steer insurance business across dealer network.

- ・ Responsible for planning and steering insurance initiatives to achieve sales and profit targets by creating new products, business scheme and marketing plan as well as guiding internal stake holder such as field team to steer insurance business across dealer network.
・ Reviews product and service package offer, suggests optimization/ white spaces and bundling opportunities
・ Regularly monitors and analyzes key KPIs, identifies potential in product/ area/ dealer and proactively suggests improvement actions.
・ Prepares sales forecasts and budget draft. Manages direct cost and marketing cost.
・ Plans and supports IT system development to enhance sales processes.
・ Analyzes and controls claim payment of EW (Extended Warranty) and other insurance products to lower loss ratio for insurance sustainability and profitability.
・ Conduct market research regularly to monitor competitiveness of products and services.
・ Manages and aligns with business partners for cooperative activities.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・ Insurance business experiences with product and business knowledge.
・ Experiences in the automotive and /or financial industry
・ Passion to develop business, strong sense of responsibility and ownership
・ Ability to create, evaluate and implement business plans
・ Strong customer orientation
・ Mathematical and analytical skills
・ Negotiation skill
・ Project management skill
・ Communication and presentation skills
・ Good command of English
