As a Back Office and General Affairs & Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the headquarters in Japan, part of the world’s largest crane truck manufacturer. This is a multifaceted, office-based role where you’ll manage internal facilities and equipment, process invoices and expenses, handle petty cash, coordinate health checkups, and oversee mail, visitor reception, and company-related events. You’ll also review contracts, manage filing systems, and ensure smooth internal workflows, acting as a central point of contact for general administrative matters. The position offers a stable work environment with minimal overtime, no transfers, and the opportunity to use your English skills in written and verbal communication with global teams.

- Review, organize, and file contracts and other administrative documents.

- Handle daily operational tasks such as mail distribution, lunch orders, and courier services.
- Provide front-desk support by answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
- Support company events and internal processes related to congratulations, condolences, and employee welfare.

- Basic Accounting Skills (if none General Affairs or Back Office Administration)
- Ability to speak conversational English
