As an Ordering and Coordination Specialist, you will manage parts inventory, place orders for out-of-stock items, and support product forecasting and analysis. This role involves coordinating daily with internal engineers, delivery companies, business partners, and the overseas headquarters to ensure smooth and timely supply chain operations. You will negotiate with vendors, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records. The position requires using English communication skills, mainly via email, for cross-border coordination. This office-based role plays a key part in supporting the supply chain for advanced, large-scale industrial equipment.
