The firm is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the production and maintenance teams at a major industrial site.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production operations aligned with quality standards and cost targets.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in industrial manufacturing environments, strong leadership capabilities, and fluency in Japanese and English.

- - Drive a culture of Health & Safety by enforcing strict EHS standards and encouraging safe work practices in line with group policies and local regulations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet shift goals, ensuring product quality and output targets are consistently achieved.
- Ensure compliance with ISO management system requirements across production activities.
- Collaborate with R&D for industrial testing and process validation.
- Review and approve work permits and oversee industrial waste disposal operations.
- Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain quality specifications and minimize rejects.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Operational Excellence methodologies to optimize staffing and reduce conversion costs.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits, analyze operational data (OEE, maintenance KPIs, utility consumption), and prepare regular reports.
- Manage the site maintenance team, including annual maintenance planning and coordination.
- Supervise and motivate production staff, set individual goals, manage shift schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with internal departments and participate in business unit teams for best practice sharing.

- 応募資格（必須）
- - Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
- 5+ years of production management experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience managing 24/7 shift operations.
- Proficient with ERP systems (experience with SAP is advantageous).
- Solid understanding of chemical processing and engineering principles preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (both spoken and written).
