Responsible for planning and executing validation and approval testing of whole vehicle systems to ensure high-quality and complaint-free performance prior to market launch. This role oversees the coordination of testing activities, parameter optimization, and system validation for connected, ADAS, and electronic control systems to meet global standards and local market requirements.

- Coordinate validation and testing projects for online connectivity systems, including mobile online services, web applications, and connected infotainment features.
Lead validation and testing activities for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), including functions such as lane assist, rear cross-traffic alert, and Level 2+/3 automation.
Monitor and maintain the technical condition of prototype and pre-series vehicles, ensuring all systems meet defined quality and performance standards.
Perform ECU coding, parameter adjustment, and system configuration to meet validation requirements.
Oversee and continuously improve SOPRO testing quality through direct testing and coordination with external drivers or suppliers.
Collaborate with global development and quality assurance teams to implement functional updates, system configurations, and testing procedures.
Develop and execute market-specific validation strategies and workflows for efficient vehicle testing and issue resolution.
Support the digitalization of validation-related processes and the implementation of IT systems for workflow optimization.
Track and manage testing results, technical problem resolution, and ticketing of system issues.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle system validation, integration testing, or quality assurance.
Knowledge of whole vehicle systems, testing methodologies, and ECU coding/configuration.
Valid driver’s license in Japan.
Business-level English communication skills; basic Japanese required.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to organize, facilitate meetings, and create operational strategies for assigned areas.

- Experience with connected vehicle systems, ADAS validation, or whole vehicle integration testing.
Familiarity with OEM vehicle platforms or similar global OEM validation processes.
Basic German communication skills.
Experience in digitalizing or optimizing validation workflows and IT systems.
