As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships, managing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Approximately 60% of your responsibilities will focus on engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning internal resources to deliver tailored solutions across design, production, and supply chain services. The remaining 40% will involve working closely with internal teams—including finance, HR, and senior leadership—to support strategic planning, budgeting, talent management, and execution of key customer programs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a bilingual setting, utilizing both English and Japanese in day-to-day communication and collaboration.

- - 6 to 10 years of experience in 3PL (related to overall sale of services)
- Ability to build relationships with new and existing clients
- Development new clients through business development
- Business English, Fluent Japanese
