It is an exciting Japanese space start-up with a focus on rocket engines and aerospace component manufacturing. They have developed and will continue to develop various kinds of rocket engines and aerospace components that can be produced and operated at a cost viable for commercial use. As the space industry continues to develop their market growth looks very promising.
In this position you will set the course for business development related to rocket and aerospace components. Your work will involve setting the course for company sales domestically and overseas. You will play a central role in planning and facilitating the expansion of business operations in an exciting and booming industry while working with an international team.

- Create and plan business development strategy from 0-1.
- Set KPIs and develop a strong team to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
- Work closely with the foreign business development manager to develop overseas opportunities.
- Oversee the progression of projects related to new business development and fundraising activities.

- - Strong experience developing sales and new business opportunities related to developing technology.
- Experience working with highly technical components, business to government sales, or previous space industry experience.
- Advanced English speaking ability.
- Experience with leadership and team management.
