    Execute system-level tests based on customer requirements and input from development teams.

  • 応募資格（必須）
    2+ years of experience in system-level testing of in-vehicle products.
    2+ years of experience in automated test system development.
    Knowledge of in-vehicle communication networks (e.g., CAN, MOST).
    5+ years of experience in automotive OEM or supplier environment.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese; intermediate English.
    Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    5+ years of experience in test design, in-vehicle product development, or automated test system development.
    Experience leading meetings, preparing technical documentation, and presenting findings.
    JSTQB or equivalent certification.
    Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and a results-driven mindset.
    Creativity and initiative in process improvements and project execution.
