日本車OEMのお客様に対し、ADAS関連の先進技術を用いた製品をご担当いただきます。
顧客や国内外のエンジニアチームとのやり取りを通じ、日本車OEM向け製品のソフトウェア開発を推進することがメインの役割となります。

Looking for a talented Systems Engineer to support our global development team as we launch over 10 vehicle platforms in the next 2 years.
You will be responsible for products using advanced ADAS-related technologies for JOEM customers.
The main role is to drive software development of products for Japanese vehicle OEMs by interacting with customers and domestic and international engineering teams.
In the future, there are career paths such as Engineering Team Manager and Engineering Project Leader etc.

Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the Product/Platform and explore design alternatives.
顧客、ステークホルダー、サプライヤーと協力し、ソフトウェア製品／プラットフォームの現状および期待される高レベルの挙動を確立する。
Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level current and expected behavior of the Software Product/Platform.
ステークホルダーと協力して、再利用可能なソフトウェア資産およびプラットフォームをベースに開発、分析、分担、実装する。
Work with stakeholders to develop, analyze, split, and realize the reusable Software products & platforms.
重要な機能ソフトウェア要件を確立し、機能ソフトウェア要件の定義を支援する。
Establish critical Functional Software Requirements, and support the definition of Functional Software Requirements.
ソフトウェアアーキテクチャの定義と文書化を担当する。
Is responsible for defining and documenting the Software Architecture.
ソフトウェア要素間のソフトウェアインターフェースを定義する。
Define Software Interfaces between Software Elements.
コンポーネント間の分析を行い、ソフトウェア機能をコンポーネントに割り当てる。
Performs analysis across components and allocates SW functionality to components.
本番リリースに向けたMPIファイルの作成を支援する。
Support the MPI file creation for releases towards production.
ソフトウェアインターフェースを他の外部ソフトウェア要素／納品物と整合させる。
Align Software interfaces with other external Software Elements / Deliveries.
ソフトウェアDFMEAの分析を支援する。
Support the analysis of Software DFMEA.
機能安全マネージャーおよびサイバーセキュリティマネージャーと協力して、安全性およびサイバーセキュリティのコンセプトを開発する。
Develop safety and cyber security concepts together with Functional Safety Manager and Cyber Security Manager.
ソフトウェア製品／プラットフォームの実装を支援し、アーキテクチャと再利用性を進化させるためにアジャイルチームと直接協働する。
Support the implementation of Software Products/Platforms to evolve architecture and reusability, working directly with Agile teams.
プログラムインクリメント（PI）計画、デモ、振り返りに参加する。
Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, Demos and Retrospectives.
