This company is the financial arm of one of the worlds biggest automotive makers. Based in Japan, the company offers a range of financial products and services to both individual and corporate customers, with a focus on automotive financing solutions. Their offerings include financing options such as car loans, leasing, and insurance for customers and dealers. The company plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and growth of vehicles in the Japanese market by providing flexible and tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of consumers and businesses alike.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the sales department by developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. You will oversee targets, budgets, market analysis, and team performance to ensure high customer satisfaction, while managing, developing, and mentoring a high-performing sales team and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

・Set and achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets.

・Build and sustain strong dealer relationships.
・Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitive Analysis
・Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
・Identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
Team Leadership
・Structure and lead a high-performing sales organization.
・Recruit, retain, and develop talent through training and performance management.
・Define KPIs, manage by objectives (MBO), and track results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
・Partner with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, to align efforts and maximize impact.

- 応募資格(必須)
- ・5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of management experience within the mobility or finance industry
・Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
・3+ years of experience in data management and analysis
・Strong financial literacy
・Master’s degree
・Valid driver’s license
・Business trips: 2–3 times per month domestically and 2–3 times per year internationally
